2. Returns. If you require a return, write, email or fax in writing the reason and a copy of our invoice. There is a 20% restocking fee.
3. Warranty. Our products are manufatured to Australian Standards. We offer a 1 year warranty. Please notify us in writing, email or fax with a copy of our invoice as soon as a fault is found. You can read our policy at the bottom of the webpage.
4. Materials we use. Everything we make is made of Australian products to Australian Standards.
5. Shipping Methods. We ship Free in Store to 30 day trading account customers into Metro Adelaide and Melbourne with orders over $200 or we can ship Free into Depot to your prefered transportation company otherwise there is a nominal shipping charge based on weight and volume. You can also pick up from our Salisbury South SA warehouse.
