Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZ 2918:2018) Domestic Solid Fuel Burning Appliances - Installation:

This Standard was prepared by the Joint Standards Australia/Standards New Zealand Committe CS-062, Domestic Solid Fuel Burning Appliances to supersede the Australian and New Zealand Standards AS2918-1900, Domestic solid fuel burning appliances - Installation and NZX 7421:1900, Specification for installation of solid fuel burning domestic appliances. As well as the development of a new Standard based on AS 2918 and NZS 7421, a number of significant changes have been included.

The installation requirements for untested appliances and flue-standards apply from the date of publication of this Standard. Existing construction requirements for untested flue-systems are to remain valid for a period of one year from the date of publication and existing requirements for tested appliances and flue-systems are to remain valid for a period of two years from the date of publication to allow manufacturers and installers time to comply with the Australian and New Zealand codes and this Standard.

 

Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZ4012:2014) Domestic Solid Fuel Burning Appliance:

This Standard sets out a method for the determination of the average efficiency and average thermal power output from a batch-fed domestic solid fuel burning appliance and the associated efficiency acceptance criteria/ion.

 

Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZ4013:2014) Domestic solid fuel burning appliances:

​

This Standard specifies a test method for determining the particulate emission factor from batch-fed domestic solid fuel burning appliances and the associated particulate emission acceptance criteria.
