Returns & Warranty

We want you to be happy with your purchase from AB Industries Australia Pty Ltd, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's what you need to know about our Returns and Warranty Policy.

RETURNS:
 

  • To return an item, please give us at least 2 days' notice in writing by email or fax, explaining the reason for the return.

  • You must have prior authorization from us before returning the item(s).

  • Returns should be made within 7 days after receipt of goods by the purchaser. If returns are accepted after this time, a restocking fee of 20% may apply.

  • If the goods are being returned due to incorrect ordering, they must be in their original packaging, unsoiled, undamaged, and not obsolete.

  • The cost of freight in returning goods will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • If your return is accepted, a credit note will be issued. No cash refunds will be given.
     

WARRANTY:
 

  • Our products meet industry standards, and we offer a one-year manufacturer warranty on all AB Industries Australia Pty Ltd products.

  • If you discover a fault with an item, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

  • AB Industries Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to inspect and test the product to confirm the manufacturing fault.

  • We may replace the goods, supply equivalent goods, repair the goods, or issue a credit note.

  • The purchaser is responsible for any additional costs associated with the faulty item(s), including removal, return, and reinstallation.

  • The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect installation, service or repair, lack of care, abnormal use, or natural disasters.

  • This warranty is only applicable to Australian purchasers.

Please send all returned products to our warehouse at 5 Bremen Drive Salisbury South SA 5106, and notify us in writing of all returns and warranty claims by fax at 08 8281 7443 or email at enquiries@abindustries.com.au.

All credit notes or Credit Adjustments issued will be valid for a period of one (1) year from the issue date of the Credit Adjustment.
